Where a LynqForge app or service is connected to equipment or technical assets, we may also receive account identifiers, device or system data, usage logs, and diagnostic information needed to provide, maintain, or support that app or service.
We use information to respond to enquiries, provide support, understand project requirements, operate mobile applications, show relevant app or system information, diagnose issues, maintain security, improve service reliability, and keep appropriate business records. We do not use personal information for profiling, resale, or unrelated marketing.
Where a LynqForge mobile app collects additional categories of data, those categories should be disclosed in the app experience and in the relevant App Store privacy information. App or system data is intended to be available only to the relevant customer, account, or authorised user. LynqForge staff may access it only where needed for support, maintenance, diagnostics, security, or legal obligations.
We do not sell or lease personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, such as access controls, secure communication where available, secure storage practices, and limits on internal access. No website, app, or connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided, to operate or support an app or service, for support records, for legitimate business needs, or where required by law. If you ask us to delete information, we will do so within a reasonable timeframe unless we need to keep it for legal, security, support, or business record reasons.

The public website is not intended to collect sensitive personal information. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary for a support request, app issue, or agreed project. If sensitive information is needed for a specific app or service, that should be explained in the relevant app, agreement, or support process.
Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. The LynqForge website does not currently respond to those signals. You can use your browser, device, or app settings to manage available privacy controls.
We may update this policy when our services, apps, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The latest version will be posted on this website, and important changes may also be communicated through the relevant app or support channel.
